I just wanted to let you know what an exceptional job the guys did today and yesterday with the scaffold. Every one of them were so friendly, professional and careful installing and removing the scaffold and they were lovely with it. After building a home we have dealt with many trades people and other industry professionals over the years and it was so refreshing dealing with your team. Please pass on my thanks for all of their hard work.
You and your team have carried out some fantastic work for us over the last 12 months, these projects have set us all some very difficult access issues, these issues have not been a problem for your team, and you have hit them head on with great workmanship and providing a great outcome for ourselves and our clients. A special mention must go to Matt and Dan, who have a great attitude, and nothing is a problem, they are a great representation of yourself and your company Values.
I have worked with Total Access Solutions for several years on commercial and residential painting projects. They are reliable, skilled and have excellent industry knowledge and I’m yet to come across an access problem they have not been able to help me out with. Their friendly staff are always available for advice and I would not hesitate to recommend them for any kind of scaffolding and access work.
I repeatedly use Total Access Solutions for all of my scaffold and rope access requirements. Their service is second to none, from the quoting stage all the way through to delivery and installation. Stuart and all of the crew are skilled contractors who bring a professional and safe approach to my sites , as well as offering very sound experience and knowledge of their field. As safety is priority, I trust my sites to these guys and look forward to further projects being accessible thanks to total access.
I can’t speak highly enough of Total Access. Once we placed the order for our scaffolding we pushed them to be on site the next day even though they have a 7 day waiting period at the moment as we were behind with our programme. Somehow they managed to mobilize the next day and turned up at 1pm with 6 men in full uniform and 2 fully loaded trucks and had the whole of the huge new extension built in full by 7pm that evening! I’ve never know a nicer bunch of guys and so committed to what they do. Their service is unbelievable and would not hesitate to refer them to everyone I know.
We were very impressed with Total Access Solutions, they provided the best service we have ever got from scaffolders and we will definitely use them on our next projects. They made our complex scaffold happen very quickly even though it was short notice and the price was very competitive. It was a great help. The stair scaffold in particular looked very professional and safe, our client was also very impressed as this was in a high traffic public place.
